Family Pharmacy built the Family Pharmacy app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Family Pharmacy at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This website or app (Online Family Pharmacy, the “Site’), is operated from Qatar on behalf of Family Pharmacy (“Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”). If the Site is accessed from locations outside Qatar you do so at your own risk and subject to the laws of Qatar, and you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. You may not use or export anything (including information) from the Site in violation of Qatar laws, regulations or the Terms of Use. Your privacy is important to us and it is our duty to protect your personal information and to use it only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

•    Google Play Services

1.    Non-Personal Information and Personal Information – Does not personally identify users, by itself or in combination with other information. Non-personal Information is used to monitor the effectiveness of the Site and to consider potential changes to improve the user experience and will be collected through cookies.
2.    Financial and Other Transactional Information – Certain information may be collected to complete and process the request for service or products, to select and process the payment method, and if applicable, arrange for delivery prescription(s). This information is limited to name, billing and/or shipping address, email address, phone number, and if method of payment is through credit card, information such as credit card name, card number, validation number and expiration date as well as any relevant insurance information should you wish to submit your claim for payment to your insurance payer.
3.    Transactional Information might be retained subject to statutory or regulatory retention requirements and legitimate business needs, such as order tracking and status retrieval purposes.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
